Shipping Charges
Our shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery region and package size.
Orders over ¥10,000 are eligible for free shipping.

Shipping Method
Shipping will be carried out using the method specified by our shop. As a general rule, customers are not able to choose their shipping method.

  • The standard shipping method is Japan Post (Yu-Pack Chilled).
  • In some cases, at our discretion, we may use Sagawa Express for delivery.

Shipping Time
We will ship your order within 3 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note that shipping times may be delayed in areas affected by natural disasters or large-scale events. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Damage During Shipping
We take great care to ensure that the packaging is secure, preventing any dents or scratches to the outer box. However, once the package is handed over to the delivery carrier, issues during transit, including potential damage caused by the carrier, may occur.
Minor damage to the outer box that does not affect the functionality of the product is considered normal, and we ask for your understanding in such cases.
In the event of any damage to the contents, please contact the delivery carrier (Japan Post) for assistance.
