What is the procedure for check-out?

For rooms other than cabins or trailer houses: There is no special check-out procedure. Please check out between 7:00 and 11:00 a.m.

For cabins or trailer houses: We will ask for your preferred check-out time during check-in. If you need to change your check-out time, please contact us the day before.

Can I specify a site?

We’re sorry, but we do not accept site reservations in advance. You can choose your preferred location in the order of check-in.

What can I exchange the drink ticket I received at check-in for?

You can exchange your voucher for:

  • One Large size of Baird Beer (400ml or 500ml, depending on the beer), or
  • A sampler set (a set allowing you to compare three beers by glass).

These are available at the taproom on the third floor of the brewery. If you are taking it outside, you can fill it in a growler, tumbler, or your own glass. If you don’t have one, it will be served in a logo plastic cup (samplers are not available in this format).

Additionally, the BAIRD OUTPOST concession stand on the Cool Breeze site is open on Saturdays from April to October and can also provide your drink. Only plastic cups are available there, or you can use a growler you bring with you. (The stand is closed on rainy days.)

For non-drinkers, soft drinks are also available as an exchange option.

How many drink tickets can I get?

One drink ticket will be provided for each adult. This applies regardless of how many nights you are staying.

Solo campers at the free tent site will receive two tickets as a special solo camping privilege!

How many types of beer are there?

We typically have around 20 types of beer available, including both standard and seasonal options. There are 12 standard beer types, and the seasonal beers change throughout the year. You'll need to check the selection when you arrive!

For more details about our beers, please click here.

What if I want to drink beer after the taproom closes?

We offer bottled beer for takeout. If you purchase three or more bottles, we will provide ice in a stainless steel bucket. You can also buy beer by weight to fill a growler.

I forgot to exchange my drink ticket! Can I exchange it for a takeout bottle?

Yes, you can exchange your drink ticket for a bottle. Please visit the taproom to do so.

Can I bring pets other than dogs?

Yes, you can bring pets other than dogs. However, please keep them on a lead or in a cage.
