Beer Station Numazu

Baird Beer Station Numazu opened in January 2026.  It is the successor pub to our original Numazu Fishmarket Taproom (birthplace of Baird Beer) which we operated for 25 years before closing it in November 2025.

The BBSN space is infused with the spirit of the old Fishmarket Taproom, making beautiful use of its original bar counter, stools, beer taps, hand pumps and artwork.

BBSN pours Baird Beer from 15 taps and continues to serve a Baird Real Ale on hand pump. 

BBSN is located a short 7-minute walk from Numazu Station in the Agetsuchi Shopping area just across from the Riverside Hotel.  It’s an ideal spot for a casual drop in during the afternoon or evening (opens 16:00 on weekdays and noon on weekends and national holidays).

We serve light beer bites to snack on while enjoying your Baird Beer pint.  Guests are welcome also to bring their own food to enjoy while imbibing our delicious lineup of Baird Beer. 

On sunny days, we recommend grabbing a takeaway beer and enjoying a stroll along the beautiful and nearby Kano River.
