We enjoy nothing so much as meeting and interacting with craft beer enthusiasts at various beer events (e.g. local craft & food festivals, international beer celebrations, “Meet the Brewer” tastings at pubs and restaurants, etc.).

A grand Meet the Brewer event with our own Bryan Baird, one of Japan’s most famous brewers. Bryan will explain about the Baird brewery; How they came to be, how he survived when no one even knew what Craft Beer was, and lots more. We’ll all relish in the Baird story while enjoying the Baird Tap Take-over, with a special buffet line-up, including food pairing with some of Baird’s best brew.

Meet the Beer is heading to Yokohama for round 5!
At Baird Beer we have a robust lineup of year-round and seasonal beers that we are very proud of, but we still love trying new recipes and brewing methods.
And we want to share it with you!
This month is our 5th “Meet the Beer,” and we’re heading down to Yokohama’s Bashamichi Taproom for the first time! Brewer Hiromu will be passionately speaking about our newest experimental beer; Bee Heavy Scottish Ale! Wee heavy is a type of scottish ale, but we’ve added honey to this one so please excuse our oh-so-clever wordplay.
Anyone interested in how beer is made, this is something you can’t miss!
