The finest Baird Beer experience
that customers will find.
The raison d'être of our Taproom business is simple and clear: maximum customer enjoyment of the Baird Beer experience.

We view our Taprooms as our home and customers as warmly invited guests.

Perfectly dispensed draught Baird Beer and delicious made-from-scratch “craft cuisine” are pillars one and two of the Baird Taproom experience.  The third is “Omotenashi,” the Japanese concept of hospitality.  Our objective is simple. To make our customers feel at home and happy.

Cheers to friendships and happy days!

Baird Brewing Company launched its business in July 2000 as a small brewery-pub, called the Numazu Fishmarket Taproom.
In the beginning, it was just
Bryan brewing and bartending and
Sayuri cooking and serving.

Now there is a growing stable of Taproom pubs scattered throughout Japan, celebrating craft beer and craft cuisine and serving as warm gathering places for beer and food enthusiasts of all stripes.

Perhaps we’ll see you tonight.
