【Delivery Service】
All Baird Beer E-Shop orders are shipped by JP Express (Nittsu), commonly known as Pelican Bin.
We may opt to change the delivery service company which we employ at any time.
We do not offer a choice of delivery service company.
【Delivery Fee Charge】
The delivery fee charge varies depending on the delivery location.
All beer orders, regardless of season, will be shipped via refrigerated truck. This increases the shipping fee by 210 yen but ensures product integrity. No exceptions are made.
The shipping fee schedule is applicable per order, not per item. (e.g. the shipping fee for one order of 1 case of beer is the same as for one order of 2 cases of beer.)
【Delivery Time Options】
During the order checkout process you may specify among order delivery time options.
The following delivery time options are available:
(1) AM
(2) 12:00 – 14:00
(3) 14:00 – 16:00
(4) 16:00 – 18:00
(5) 18:00 – 20:00
(6) 20:00 – 21:00
※ In case of delivery to some remote locations in Japan, specification of delivery time is not possible.
※ At times, delivery delays may be caused by unfavorable delivery circumstances.
【Order Fulfillment】
We aim to ship orders in one to three business days following payment confirmation (or order confirmation in the case of COD payment). If, due to inventory shortages, we anticipate the order will not ship within at least five business days, we will contact you via email with regard to shipment date expectations.
【Other Items】
Shipping address changes are not possible once an order is in processing.
Shipment to post office boxes is not possible.
A delivery service notice will be left in the case of product delivery when you are not at home. In this case, you must contact the delivery company (contact information will be included on the delivery notice) and re-specify a delivery date and time. Undelivered merchandise will be held by the delivery service company for up to one week. After that, it will be returned to Baird Brewing. All fees associated with returned merchandise and re-shipment of merchandise will be the responsibility of the customer payer.
