The products are categorized. Select the product or products you want to purchase from the various categories.

【Placing your order】
To add items to your Shopping Cart, simply click the “Add to Cart” button for the item you wish to purchase.
When you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, please proceed by clicking the “Check out” button.
Even if you choose not to register as as an E-shop customer, you may still purchase products on the Baird Beer E-Shop.
After completing the Shipping Address, Payment Methods, and Delivery Options forms, please check to make sure that all your order information is correct.
Finally, to submit your order, click the "Confirm" button.

【Order Completion】
From time to time, a product you have ordered may temporarily (or permanently in the case of infrequently brewed seasonal beers) be out of stock. In this case, we will send you immediate email notification. You may choose then either to cancel your order or substitute out-of-stock items with items that are in stock. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an auto-response confirmation email.
If you don’t receive an order confirmation email within 1~2 days, please contact us at info@bairdbeer.com. The following are common reasons that confirmation emails are not received:
・ Your registered email address may be incorrect.
・ Your mail filter may treat it as trash or spam.
・ You may be using a type of free email address that refuses receipt of the confirmation email.
・ In case of cellular phone mail addresses, your spam filter may prevent confirmation email receipt.
・ Your mailbox may be full.
・ Your order may not have been properly submitted.
