The Dreaded Stuck Mash
Howdy, Chris here.
Today’s brew was interrupted by one of the brewer’s worst nightmares — a stuck mash. In the end, everything worked out all right, but it took a lot of work, first by me and ultimately by Brewmaster Bryan before the assistant brewer could successfully get through the brew.
