A Day in the Life
Howdy, Chris here.
On October 11, we had a guest in the brewery — hobby photographer and Nakameguro customer Koshiba Takaaki spent the day in the brewery, chronicling what goes on during a typical brew day. His purpose? To find out what professional brewing is like and to tell our story in pictures. Below are several of the many pictures he took during his eight plus hours at the brewery and at Numazu Fishmarket Taproom. However, Takaaki is developing a set of photos that will be displayed at the Nakameguro Taproom sometime in December — as soon as the dates are set, I will announce it in this blog, on our Facebook page, and through our Twitter feed.
