Happy New Year! Â Santa has been good this year, here is what he brought to the Bashamichi Taproom.
Meet the big red oven. This year is the start of BBQ and beer in Yokohama.

This oven, the only one of its kind in Japan by the way, has taken quite a journey from Mesquite Texas to Yokohama Japan. Â Here are some shots of the arrival to the Bashamichi Taproom.

Looking forward to seeing you here. I know you are going back to Texas soon but you should get a preview taste of some Texas style brisket at Bashamichi before you return.
