Our next seasonal Baird Beer, Chocolate Coffee Stout, will be making its 2003 debut tonight (Wednesday, February 26) at the Taproom.
This is a gorgeously rich stout of great complexity. The flavors of bitter chocolate and roasted coffee will envelope your mouth. We brew this in the style of foreign export stouts but our addition of ground chocolate macadamia nut coffee from the Kona Coffee Company at the end of the wort boil makes this a decidedly unique dark beer flavor experience.
