Seasonal Debut Shimaguni Stout

March 21, 2003

Dear Taproom Friend & Baird Beer Enthusiast:

Today (Friday, March 21) marks the 2003 debut of our Baird Beer spring seasonal, Shimaguni Stout. This is a classic Irish-style dry stout that is roasty, supremely balanced and, of course, extremely dry. Irish dry stouts, although midnight-black and pungently flavorful, are simple brews with a low alcohol content. Baird Shimaguni Stout is no exception. Come in to the Taproom for a pint, or three, and discover for yourself the virtues of this classic beer style.

As a reminder for those of you who might have forgotten, the Taproom is now open on national holidays from noon. Today is just such a national holiday (Vernal Equinox Day) and we will be serving up great pub food and pouring Baird Beer all afternoon and evening.

Cheers,

Baird Brewing Company & Fishmarket Taproom
