While we all continue to sweat out the end of summer here in Japan, the Taproom is pleased to usher in the fall season with a cool live jazz performance by another local guitar and sax duo, Upazak.

On the Baird Beer front, an apology is due. We had intended to launch take-home and internet sales of bottle-conditioned Baird Beer this summer, but unfortunately we were unable to meet our own deadline. We continue to push forward with our bottling endeavor and, hopefully, we will have product for sale sometime later this fall. Keep your eyes on this bulletin for launch date information.
