Happy New Year!

We are excited to mark the beginning of 2004 with the opening of our online Baird Beer and Baird Beer Accessories eStore. It has been a long time in coming and we appreciate your patience. Orders can be placed beginning tomorrow (Saturday, January 10).

The eStore (located on our website www.bairdbeer.com) is really two stores: one for Baird Beer and one for Baird Beer accessories.

1) Baird Beer eStore: Here you can purchase, in case quantities, any of our six year-round Baird Beer brands. There also is a mixed sampler case which contains two bottles each of the six beers. Baird Beer available through the eStore is bottle-conditioned product. Just like our keg beer, bottle-conditioned Baird Beer is unfiltered and naturally carbonated through a secondary fermentation and conditioning that takes place within the bottle itself. This is a very unique type of bottled beer; it requires refrigerated storage but, for maximum enjoyment, needs to be drunk at cool (8-12 degrees Celsius), not cold, temperatures. You, the consumer, in effect become an active agent contributing to the quality of the final beer-imbibing experience. We think you will find a little bit of effort here goes a long way in providing a truly sublime flavor experience.

2) Baird Beer Accessory eStore: Here you will find Baird Beer pint glasses and posters of our brand artwork for sale. Over time, we intend to increase our line of accessory items to include such things as t-shirts, caps, etc.

Great beer is one small aspect of a high-quality lifestyle. Hopefully, this extension and diversification of the Baird Beer drinking experience will contribute to a small enhancement in the quality of your lifestyle in 2004.
