Dear Taproom Friend & Baird Beer Enthusiast:

We have two exciting Taproom concert events this month for which you may want to mark your calendar.

First, the funk-infused progressive rock band CODE will be playing live on Saturday, October 16. The show is scheduled to begin at 9:00 PM. Second, in a Halloween special on Sunday, October 31, Toshiba-EMI recording artist and guitar virtuoso Tim Donahue will be giving a rare local live performance. Tim’s concert will get underway at 8:00 PM.

More detailed announcements regarding both events will be forthcoming. In the meantime, please mark your calendar and be sure to keep those dates open.

On the beer front, the next seasonal Baird offering — Country Girl Kabocha Ale — is fermenting away as I write. The Taproom release date has not been determined but will be sometime in mid- to late-October. More detailed information on this, too, later.
